In Tanzania, Yesterday(11/08.2019 ) another Tank Car crushed again in Songea, Tanzania . And make people arround the accident area to run away, as if there was a Lion who ate people, This is happened because of what happended in a day before Yesterday (10/08/2019), when a Tank Car crushed down, and a lot of people went there to take Oil from the Crushed Tank car, But suddenly that car exploded out and couse the death of more than 80 people arround there. So people of Songea run away from the crushed Tank car which is unbelievable that Tank Car it was Empty without a Petroleum, So people run away for fear of what happened in 10/08/2019, And led to the absence of immediate help for the people who was in that Tank Car.
